At DeepChatBI, we are committed to transparency in how we use artificial intelligence and handle user data.

This page explains how our AI systems operate, what data is used, and how we ensure compliance with applicable policies, including Google API Services User Data Policy.

1. AI Transparency

DeepChatBI uses advanced AI models to power marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and decision support.

Our AI systems analyze advertising and analytics data to generate insights, recommendations, and automated reports for users.

2. AI Models & Processing

We use the following third-party AI providers:

  • Claude (Anthropic) - used for natural language understanding, campaign strategy generation, and performance summarization
  • Qwen (Alibaba Cloud) - used for data processing, pattern recognition, and trend analysis

Important Principles:

  • AI models are used strictly for inference purposes only
  • No customer data is used to train any AI models
  • We do not allow third-party providers to retain or reuse data for training

3. Data Usage

DeepChatBI accesses and processes the following types of data (with user authorization):

  • Google Ads data (campaign performance, spend, clicks, conversions)
  • Google Analytics 4 data (traffic, user behavior, events)

How we use this data:

  • Identify high-performing segments and inefficiencies
  • Generate optimization recommendations (e.g., budget allocation, targeting, keywords)
  • Provide insights, dashboards, and automated reports

We only use data to provide and improve core product functionality.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processing

To deliver AI-powered features, certain data may be processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Anthropic, Alibaba Cloud).

We enforce the following safeguards:

  • Data is shared only as necessary for processing
  • Third-party providers act as data processors, not owners
  • Data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes
  • Data is not used for model training or retention by third parties

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security practices to protect user data:

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Access is restricted and monitored
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services

6. User Control & Data Rights

Users maintain full control over their data:

  • Users can revoke Google account access at any time
  • Users can request deletion of their data
  • Users can stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time
